wy all this hype for an institute...

well ppl seriously speakin i dont find the necessity for an institute to be hyped so much....well the institute should be focussing on infrastructure and student services and not construction of new buildings and sourcing of students....the students need to be given all credit as they're the ones who pay and use the resources of the institute...

X:Hello...i'm fine wat are u studying...

Me:Doin my b.tech in IT...

X:Oh!!!Very gud very gud...computers were always ur cup of tea and blah blah...(they knw u gonna be a freakin engineer)...Where????

Me:***.....

X:(awestruck)Oh that place its all over the papers..suppose to have the best infrastructure...i gues they're competing with other premier institutes of the country...

Me:Oh yeah!!!They doin a great job...

X:Oh Very gud..

they will bring out the best in you..they're trained too..

ppl plz note that its the freakin student who slogs thru sheets of engineering graphics and n number of redo's in "C"...and stands thru those weary sessions of labs sweating in crappy lab coats....wat the....????wat does the institute have to do..its not like they're fanning every student or givin them excess marks....

Well truly many a time i think i feel these freaking teachers are prejudiced that we leave as engineers and they remain within those same walls as M.Sc's and Ph.D's...

And for all u knw i jus heard that my coll is increasin intake and they've spent a wallopin three crores on advertisements in the last yr...and who's money is it anyway????

Well i'd prefer em givin us Wi-Fi and other student related services and not building up their name and makin ppl think that it is they...who make us....

Well We shud appreciate that alas students have learnt to react in the recent occurences in deemed univs in the city....well guess that wud teach them a lesson that we're not here to pay but also question....

Well all Engineers are made of self grit and sole hard work and not becos of an institute...well i wudnt deny those 20 crucial marks or 50 marks wudnt make a difference but all told remember ppl aspiring to be engineers are humans too and not dogs....

Well In Short My Sympathies to all those aspiring engineers...

How many of u think today a different career option wudve been better..well the world is open folks and there we re to take our pick of wat it serves and wat it dusnt...
